As a Charge Point Operator (CPO), they currently manage 257 active charge points in the region, with plans to scale up to 1000 charge points by December 2025 (since partnering with Monta).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Their first expansion attempt slowed down when OZECAR began experiencing different operational challenges that affected their growth and customer satisfaction rates. While the challenges themselves were diverse \u2013 from unmet customer expectations to installation inefficiencies and financial management issues \u2013&nbsp;their root cause was the same: limitations in OZECAR\u2019s main software platform.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>OZECAR turned to Monta because they needed a comprehensive, user-friendly software solution that could educate and delight their customers, speed up their outdated processes, and put them back on the road to fast business growth.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Customer background<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Since its inception, OZECAR has become well-known for delivering efficient and reliable EV charging services. In addition to this, their invoicing process was also highly manual and prone to errors, which in turn led to financial discrepancies and time-consuming corrections.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Why OZECAR chose Monta<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>To solve these different challenges, OZECAR knew they had to go straight to the source: their software system.
