Their comprehensive offer includes the planning, construction, and maintenance of EV charging infrastructure, together with related services like charging card management and charging station management.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">The challenge<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Before Monta, emobil.link\u2019s customers needed a lot of support when it came to managing their charge points and EV fleets, from billing and tracking their charges to identifying when a charge point is malfunctioning. This resulted in a high volume of customer queries for emobil.link, which their technology wasn\u2019t equipped to handle \u2013 leading to an inordinate amount of time spent on costly manual processes.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Relying on these time-consuming workflows meant that emobil.link couldn\u2019t continue on their growth journey as planned.
