You cannot change your plan independently. Contact your operator to discuss plan changes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Manage the Team Wallet<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>The Wallet of the Team can be managed by the Owners of the Team and Team Admins with Wallet rights. Here are the available actions via Monta Charge:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>View the Team Balance<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Add charge keys to the Wallet<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Add a bank card for payments<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>View and download transaction receipts.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Managing a Team Wallet is very similar to managing your personal Monta Wallet. You can read how to use the above listed features <a href=\"https:\/\/monta.com\/uk\/help-center\/set-up-personal-wallet\/\" data-type=\"help-center\" data-id=\"2383\">here<\/a>. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Refill your Team Wallet<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>To top up your Monta Wallet, please follow these steps:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Go to the&nbsp;<strong>Chargers<\/strong>&nbsp;section on the navigation menu and choose the right team in the drop-down.&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Click on the three dots to get to the <strong>Team Settings<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Click on the <strong>Team Wallet<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Click on&nbsp;<strong>Refill<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>For a one-time deposit, select&nbsp;<strong>Refill now<\/strong>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Enter the amount you want to refill<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Select the payment method<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Click on&nbsp;<strong>Refill now<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>For automatic top-ups, select&nbsp;<strong>Auto Refill<\/strong>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Select an amount to refill automatically<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Select a payment method \u2013 Wallet from the card every time the wallet balance goes below 0.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Toggle on&nbsp;<strong>Enable auto refill<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>Please note that you can pay for charging using alternative payment methods directly from the charge payment screen, skipping the need to refill your Wallet.
