We recommend to confirm with your tax refund provider if your charge point requires manual meter readings. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Click on <strong>Add reading<\/strong> <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Take a picture of your charge point&#8217;s meter\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Try to avoid using flash, as it will reflect on the glass and make the number hard to read<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Make sure it is a picture of the charge point&#8217;s meter and not a house electricity meter<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Type in the kWh in numbers <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Click on<strong> Submit<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Wait for your tax refund provider to review and approve the meter reading<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"storylane\">\n        <script src=\"https:\/\/js.storylane.io\/js\/v1\/storylane.js\"><\/script>\n        <div class=\"sl-embed\" style=\"position:relative;padding-bottom:calc(216.41% + 2px);width:100%;height:0;transform:scale(1)\">\n          <iframe class=\"sl-demo\" src=\"https:\/\/app.storylane.io\/demo\/lvnbaufgywkm\" name=\"sl-embed\" title=\"Interactive product demo\" aria-label=\"Interactive product demo\" allow=\"fullscreen; camera; microphone\" style=\"position:absolute;top:0;left:0;width:100%;height:100%;border:none;\"><\/iframe>\n        <\/div>\n      <\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Cancel a tax refund subscription<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>If you decide to cancel the tax refund subscription, there are two scenarios:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>A:<\/strong> You see a &#8220;Cancel&#8221; button, which means you can cancel the subscription via Monta Charge.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>B:<\/strong> You see that you need to contact the service provider to cancel the subscription.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"storylane\">\n        <script src=\"https:\/\/js.storylane.io\/js\/v1\/storylane.js\"><\/script>\n        <div class=\"sl-embed\" style=\"position:relative;padding-bottom:calc(216.41% + 2px);width:100%;height:0;transform:scale(1)\">\n          <iframe class=\"sl-demo\" src=\"https:\/\/app.storylane.io\/demo\/oj5pddurbkr6\" name=\"sl-embed\" title=\"Interactive product demo\" aria-label=\"Interactive product demo\" allow=\"fullscreen; camera; microphone\" style=\"position:absolute;top:0;left:0;width:100%;height:100%;border:none;\"><\/iframe>\n        <\/div>\n      <\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Please note that your contract for tax refund is with the service provider and not Monta.
