A set reimbursement amount per kWh will be transferred from your employer&#8217;s Wallet to your Wallet after every charge or at the end of month, as it is set up by the employer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Request reimbursement from your employer<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>If you see a label <strong>Reimbursement available<\/strong> on your home charge point, this means that you can make a request for your employer to start reimbursing your charging sessions at home.<br>If you don&#8217;t see it available, please reach out to your employer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Click on the settings wheel of your charge point<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Select <strong>Reimbursements<\/strong> and click on <strong>Request reimbursement<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>To share your electricity cost with your employer, click on <strong>Provide electricity costs<\/strong>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Select if you have <strong>Spot <\/strong>or <strong>Fixed<\/strong> kWh pricing\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>For Spot price, you can choose between 60- or 15-minute intervals<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Select <strong>Network Operator<\/strong> (availability depends on country and region)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Specify if you have additional pricing (based on your electricity agreement)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Check the settings and confirm that this is your electricity cost<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Click on <strong>Send Request<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Your request is now <strong>Pending<\/strong> &#8211; your employer needs to approve it<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Once reimbursement is <strong>Active<\/strong> &#8211; you can start being reimbursed when charging!<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"storylane\">\n  <script async src=\"https:\/\/js.storylane.io\/js\/v2\/storylane.js\"><\/script>\n  <div class=\"sl-embed\" style=\"position:relative;padding-bottom:calc(216.41% + 0px);width:100%;height:0;transform:scale(1)\">\n    <iframe loading=\"lazy\" class=\"sl-demo\" src=\"https:\/\/app.storylane.io\/demo\/hcc2yte2fcdg?embed=inline\" name=\"sl-embed\" title=\"Interactive product demo\" aria-label=\"Interactive product demo\" allow=\"fullscreen\" allowfullscreen style=\"position:absolute;top:0;left:0;width:100%!important;height:100%!important;border:1px solid rgba(63,95,172,0.35);box-shadow: 0px 0px 18px rgba(26, 19, 72, 0.15);border-radius:10px;box-sizing:border-box;\"><\/iframe>\n  <\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Start a Reimbursed charge at home<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Reimbursed charge works with<strong> <a href=\"https:\/\/monta.com\/uk\/help-center\/charge-now-at-home\/#heading-1\" data-type=\"help-center\" data-id=\"1850\">Charge now<\/a><\/strong>, <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/monta.com\/uk\/help-center\/charge-now-at-home\/#heading-2\" data-type=\"help-center\" data-id=\"1850\">Scheduled charge<\/a><\/strong> and <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/monta.com\/uk\/help-center\/enable-and-set-up-smartcharge\/#heading-4\" data-type=\"help-center\" data-id=\"1860\">SmartCharge<\/a><\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>You can also create <a href=\"https:\/\/monta.com\/uk\/help-center\/create-charging-rules\/\" data-type=\"help-center\" data-id=\"14522\">Charging rules<\/a>, where automatic charges are reimbursed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Open your charge point<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Set your charge as desired and click to <strong>Continue<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The first time you will get an info message &#8211;
