Instead of going into each Team or Team Admin settings, this is an easy way to define a set of permissions in bulk. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Important to note<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Operator Team settings can only be created, changed and applied by Operator users with Administrator and Manager user rights. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>When a Team settings template is applied on a Team, it overrules the <a href=\"https:\/\/monta.com\/uk\/help-center\/team-user-roles-permissions\/\" data-type=\"help-center\" data-id=\"2689\">Team user roles and permissions<\/a>. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Example: a Team Member is given Admin rights, with the ability to modify charge points. Then, an Operator users applies a Team settings template, where<strong> Modify charge points <\/strong>is set to<strong> No<\/strong>. The Team admin can no longer modify the charge points in the Team. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Create a Team setting template<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>All fields of the Team settings template are explained in the table below.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Navigate to your Operator profile<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Select the <strong>Team settings<\/strong> tab and click on <strong>+ New team setting<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Give a <strong>name<\/strong> to the template<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Choose the <strong>team<\/strong> to which you would like these settings to be automatically applied<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Select the <strong>billing method<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Select the <strong>country-specific settings<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Choose the <strong>Powerbank<\/strong> settings and Select <strong>Continue<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Select<strong> Member permissions<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Click <strong>Save<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Select <strong>Save and Apply<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<div>\n  <script async src=\"https:\/\/js.storylane.io\/js\/v2\/storylane.js\"><\/script>\n  <div class=\"sl-embed\" style=\"position:relative;padding-bottom:calc(56.61% + 0px);width:100%;height:0;transform:scale(1)\">\n    <iframe loading=\"lazy\" class=\"sl-demo\" src=\"https:\/\/app.storylane.io\/demo\/whin6769xzkj?embed=inline\" name=\"sl-embed\" title=\"Interactive product demo\" aria-label=\"Interactive product demo\" allow=\"fullscreen\" allowfullscreen style=\"position:absolute;top:0;left:0;width:100%!important;height:100%!important;border:1px solid rgba(63,95,172,0.35);box-shadow: 0px 0px 18px rgba(26, 19, 72, 0.15);border-radius:10px;box-sizing:border-box;\"><\/iframe>\n  <\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-table\"><table><tbody><tr><td>Field<\/td><td>Definition<\/td><td>Comment<\/td><\/tr><tr><td>Team setting name<\/td><td>Give a name to the setting template<\/td><td><\/td><\/tr><tr><td>Automatically apply setting to<\/td><td>Select if you want to use this template as the default settings for types of Teams: All, Private, Professional, Operator<\/td><td>If you select to use the template as default for a type of Team, all Teams of that type will have these settings. Example: All Private Teams will not be able to Withdraw funds from the Team. <br><br>If you don&#8217;t make the template default, you can apply per Team (see step bellow)<\/td><\/tr><tr><td>Team\u2019s billing method<\/td><td>Select how the Team will cover their expenses:<br><br><strong>Pay as you go<\/strong> = refill Wallet when it goes into minus<br><br><strong>Invoice <\/strong>= The Team will <a href=\"https:\/\/monta.com\/uk\/help-center\/enabling-team-invoicing\/\" data-type=\"link\" data-id=\"https:\/\/monta.com\/uk\/help-center\/enabling-team-invoicing\/\">request to enable Monta invoicing<\/a><br><br><strong>Operator transaction<\/strong> = Operator takes on the transactions of the Team<\/td><td>This field only appears if you select to make the template the default settings for Professional or Private Teams. <\/td><\/tr><tr><td>Operator receives a percentage of PowerBank revenue<\/td><td>Define what percentage of PowerBank credits will be be shared with the Operator.<\/td><td><a href=\"https:\/\/monta.com\/uk\/features\/powerbank\/\" data-type=\"page\" data-id=\"6530\">PowerBank<\/a> is a Monta service that can be <a href=\"https:\/\/monta.com\/uk\/help-center\/signup-bulk-powerbank\/\" data-type=\"help-center\" data-id=\"13454\">enabled on the charge points<\/a> in the Team. <\/td><\/tr><tr><td>Countries Team wallet can be used to pay for charging in payment of charging with Team Wallet is supported<\/td><td>Select if you want to limit where the Team Wallet can be used to pay for charging. <br><br><strong>All <\/strong>= Wallet can be used anywhere<br><br><strong>Specific country\/ ies =<\/strong> Wallet can only be used for charging in that country \/ ies. <\/td><td>Example: If you select &#8220;Denmark&#8221;, then Team Members will only be able to use this Team Wallet to start charges on charge points in Denmark. <br><br>If they are in Germany, they will not be able to select the Team Wallet to pay for a charge, even if they have the right to pay with the Wallet. <\/td><\/tr><tr><td>Deposit to team wallet<\/td><td>Ability to deposit funds in the Team Wallet.<\/td><td><\/td><\/tr><tr><td>Withdraw and manage bank account<\/td><td>Ability to Withdraw funds from the Team Wallet. explained.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Apply a Team settings template<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>If you have selected that the Team settings template is not default for any type of Team, you can apply it per Team from the Team settings section. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Open the <strong>Team<\/strong> in Monta Hub and navigate to <strong>Settings<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Scroll down and find the <strong>Current Team settings<\/strong> section<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Click on a <strong>select team setting<\/strong> and select the template desired<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Click on<strong> Apply<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<div>\n  <script async src=\"https:\/\/js.storylane.io\/js\/v2\/storylane.js\"><\/script>\n  <div
