If <strong>Operator transaction<\/strong> has been enabled as a payment method, it is not possible to Deposit funds. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Open the Team and open the<strong> Payment <\/strong>tab<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Navigate to the<strong> Wallet<\/strong> and click on the three action dots<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Select <strong>Deposit funds<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Select amount to deposit and click on<strong> Deposit<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Complete the transaction by paying with a bank card\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>A Stripe payment will open in a new page. If <strong>Operator transaction<\/strong> has been enabled as a payment method, it is not possible to Withdraw funds. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Open the Team and navigate to<strong> Payment<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Click on the three action dots and select <strong>Withdraw funds<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Select amount to withdraw \n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li> There are amount limits, based on currency<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Insert your bank account or select an existing one.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Click on format. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>If you need to edit a bank account, but you are not able to, please turn to your Operator. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Open the Team and select the <strong>Payment <\/strong>tab <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Click on <strong>Settings<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Select <strong>+ Add bank account<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Insert your bank details and click on with Wallet configuration rights can export transactions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Open the Team and select the <strong>Payment<\/strong> tab <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Click on <strong>Transactions<\/strong> and filter the period of time<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Click on the three dots and select to export a CSV file to your email<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<div>\n  <script async Team Owner and <a href=\"https:\/\/monta.com\/uk\/help-center\/team-user-roles-permissions\/\" data-type=\"link\" data-id=\"https:\/\/monta.com\/uk\/help-center\/team-user-roles-permissions\/\">Team Admins<\/a> with Wallet configuration rights can export transactions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Open the Team and select the <strong>Payment<\/strong> tab<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Click on <strong>Transactions<\/strong> and filter the period of time<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Click on the three dots and select <strong>Export<\/strong> <strong>receipts<\/strong> to export a \u201c<strong>zip<\/strong>\u201d file to your email<br><em>Note: receipts can be exported for a maximum of 365 days and for a maximum of 10000 transactions.<\/em><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<div>\n and <a href=\"https:\/\/monta.com\/uk\/help-center\/team-user-roles-permissions\/\" data-type=\"link\" data-id=\"https:\/\/monta.com\/uk\/help-center\/team-user-roles-permissions\/\">Team Admins <\/a>with Wallet configuration rights can refund transactions. You can refund the full amount or just part of it. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Note:<\/strong> The refund will be issued to the user&#8217;s Monta wallet. If they were a guest user (did not download the app to create an account), they need to create an account with the same email to access the refund in their Monta wallet.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Open the <strong>Team<\/strong> and find <strong>Transactions<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Search for a transaction by id or name<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Click on the three action dots and select <strong>Refund transaction<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Fill out the necessary fields and and input a note<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>View the refund summary and confirm by clicking <strong>Refund<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<div>\n  <script async src=\"https:\/\/js.storylane.io\/js\/v2\/storylane.js\"><\/script>\n  <div class=\"sl-embed\" style=\"position:relative;padding-bottom:calc(49.92% + 25px);width:100%;height:0;transform:scale(1)\">\n    <iframe loading=\"lazy\" class=\"sl-demo\" src=\"https:\/\/app.storylane.io\/demo\/amfmuiv0izvi?embed=inline\" name=\"sl-embed\" allow=\"fullscreen\" allowfullscreen style=\"position:absolute;top:0;left:0;width:100%!important;height:100%!important;border:1px solid rgba(63,95,172,0.35);box-shadow: 0px 0px 18px rgba(26, 19, 72, 0.15);border-radius:10px;box-sizing:border-box;\"><\/iframe>\n  <\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Enable Operator Transaction<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Operator transaction is a payment method for a Team, which can be enabled only by Operator users with Manager or Administrator user rights. You can read more about the <a href=\"https:\/\/monta.com\/uk\/help-center\/set-up-operator-transaction\/\" data-type=\"help-center\" data-id=\"13559\">Operator transaction setup here<\/a>. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Open the Team and select the <strong>Payment<\/strong> tab<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Click on <strong>Settings<\/strong> and click on <strong>Update billing method<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Select <strong>Operator Transaction <\/strong>from the dropdown menu\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>You enabled Operator Transaction.\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The Team can now go into negative Wallet. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A balance settling transaction between the Operator and Team Wallet will be issued at the end of the month.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Operator transaction can be disabled from <strong>Settings <\/strong>section of <strong>Payment<\/strong> tab.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<div>\n  <script async src=\"https:\/\/js.storylane.io\/js\/v2\/storylane.js\"><\/script>\n  <div class=\"sl-embed\" style=\"position:relative;padding-bottom:calc(56.61% + 0px);width:100%;height:0;transform:scale(1)\">\n    <iframe loading=\"lazy\" class=\"sl-demo\" src=\"https:\/\/app.storylane.io\/demo\/qk0p4ywh6xwd?embed=inline\" name=\"sl-embed\" title=\"Interactive product demo\" aria-label=\"Interactive product demo\" allow=\"fullscreen\" allowfullscreen style=\"position:absolute;top:0;left:0;width:100%!important;height:100%!important;border:1px solid rgba(63,95,172,0.35);box-shadow: 0px 0px 18px rgba(26, 19, 72, 0.15);border-radius:10px;box-sizing:border-box;\"><\/iframe>\n  <\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Control where your Team Wallet can be used<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Operators, Team Owners and Admins can decide where the Team Wallet is allowed to pay for charging sessions.
