Cannot select my car in Monta Charge<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Before you can integrate your car, you need to add it to your Monta account<\/a>. This does not depend on whether the car brand can be integrated with Monta.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

If you are not able to add your car, because you cannot find the car brand in the selector, please reach out to our Support Team by starting a live chat in Monta Charge -> Me -> Support or by creating a ticket at support.monta.com<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Error during the car integration to Monta<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

If you experience an error during the integration process, please reach out to Monta\u2019s Support Team via Monta Charge \u2192 Me \u2192 Support. We will investigate and assist you with the integration of your car.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Monta Charge is showing a wrong SoC of my cars<\/h2>\n\n\n\n
    \n
  1. Refresh the screen in Monta Charge to check if the SoC updates<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. Check the \u201cReliability\u201d score of the integration through Enode here<\/a>. If the score is lower than 3, some there can be a some delay in the response time.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

    The car is stuck on a certain SoC state in Monta Charge<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

    If the car\u2019s battery percentage looks stuck in the Monta Charge, it\u2019s usually because the vehicle has stopped communicating with Enode. Re-linking the car should restore the connection.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Steps to resolve:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      \n
    1. Delete the current car integration.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    2. Complete the full integration flow from the beginning, without reusing any previous car registration.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    3. Once completed correctly, the API token will be renewed, and the SOC will display correctly again.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n
