By following this guide, you\u2019ll learn how to generate and export this data quickly and accurately, helping you stay compliant with government standards.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>What is included in an Uptime report?<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>An Uptime report can be generated <strong>per Team<\/strong> or <strong>per Operator<\/strong>. This is the timeline for the Uptime exports:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In 2024, the export will include data from 1st November 2024 to the export generated date minus one (previous day).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In 2025, the export will include data from 1st January 2025 to the export generated date minus one (previous day). <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">How is Uptime % calculated?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Monta calculates Uptime %, as it stated in the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.gov.uk\/government\/publications\/the-public-charge-point-regulations-2023-guidance\/public-charge-point-regulations-2023-guidance#required-data-types\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Public Charge Points Regulation 2023<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1024\" height=\"143\" src=\"https:\/\/monta.com\/en\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/12\/2024\/11\/uptime-calculation-formula-1024x143.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-16501\" title=\"\" srcset=\"https:\/\/monta.com\/app\/uploads\/sites\/12\/2024\/11\/uptime-calculation-formula-1024x143.png 1024w, https:\/\/monta.com\/app\/uploads\/sites\/12\/2024\/11\/uptime-calculation-formula-300x42.png 300w, https:\/\/monta.com\/app\/uploads\/sites\/12\/2024\/11\/uptime-calculation-formula-150x21.png 150w, https:\/\/monta.com\/app\/uploads\/sites\/12\/2024\/11\/uptime-calculation-formula-768x107.png 768w, https:\/\/monta.com\/app\/uploads\/sites\/12\/2024\/11\/uptime-calculation-formula-1536x214.png 1536w, https:\/\/monta.com\/app\/uploads\/sites\/12\/2024\/11\/uptime-calculation-formula.png 1796w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 1024px) 100vw, 1024px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Where:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>M<\/strong> is the number of minutes in a year<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>mean downtime<\/strong> is calculated as the total minutes that charge points across the network are not working, divided by the number of charge points<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>mean time exempt<\/strong> is calculated as the total minutes that charge points across the network are ineligible from measurement, divided by the number of charge points. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Important!<\/strong> In order to correctly calculate the Uptime %, we have enabled Charge Point Operators to put their charge points in the different states, which are considered exempt of the reliability calculation. To ensure that the calculation is correct, <strong>you must manually change the charge point state<\/strong> in the Monta Hub.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Add an exempt status on a charge point<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>This action needs to be performed, when you want to identify that the charge point is not in an operational state. It is very important to keep these states up to date, because it will affect your Uptime % calculation. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>You can currently change the charge point state per charge point (not in bulk). <\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Open the charge point in Monta Hub<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Select the <strong>Integration <\/strong>tab and click on<strong> Remote actions<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Select<strong> Add an exempt status<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Select the correct status<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Click on <strong>Add status<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>You to remove an exempt status once the charge point is operational. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Open the charge point in Monta Hub<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Select the <strong>Integration <\/strong>tab and click on<strong> Remote actions<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Select<strong> Remove exempt status<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<div>\n  <script async with Admin and Manager rights can export an Uptime report for all charge points under the Operator.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Navigate to Charge points on the left side menu<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Click on<strong> Export<\/strong> and select <strong>Uptime report<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The report will be sent to your email<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<div>\n  <script async Charge point configuration rights can export an Uptime report for all charge points in the Team.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Open the Team in Monta Hub<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Select the <strong>Charge points <\/strong>tab<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Click on<strong> Export<\/strong> and select <strong>Uptime report<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The report will be sent to your
