Contact cellular service provider if in doubt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\ud83d\udca1Cellular APN \u2013 This is the gateway for all cellular traffic. Contact your cellular operator for information about this.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>For AT&amp;T and Verizon LTE service, just leave it blank since the APN name is built-in in the modem.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h_083d36fa61\">6. Connect the charger to Monta<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Go to Configuration \u2192 OCPP Settings.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Change the following settings:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Remote Control Type<\/strong>* &#8211; select <strong>OCPP<\/strong> and hiton the right. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Central System URL*<\/strong> &#8211; Enter <strong>wss:\/\/ocpp.monta.app<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li> <strong>Basic Auth ID<\/strong> &#8211; Insert the <strong>Charge Point ID<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Message Transport Layer<\/strong> &#8211; select <strong>WSS<\/strong> <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Hit  \u2705 <strong>Apply<\/strong>  on the right.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1024\" height=\"776\" src=\"https:\/\/monta.com\/app\/uploads\/sites\/12\/2025\/01\/image-9-1024x776.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-19475\" title=\"\" srcset=\"https:\/\/monta.com\/app\/uploads\/sites\/12\/2025\/01\/image-9-1024x776.png 1024w, https:\/\/monta.com\/app\/uploads\/sites\/12\/2025\/01\/image-9-300x227.png 300w, https:\/\/monta.com\/app\/uploads\/sites\/12\/2025\/01\/image-9-150x114.png 150w, https:\/\/monta.com\/app\/uploads\/sites\/12\/2025\/01\/image-9-768x582.png 768w, https:\/\/monta.com\/app\/uploads\/sites\/12\/2025\/01\/image-9-1536x1164.png 1536w, https:\/\/monta.com\/app\/uploads\/sites\/12\/2025\/01\/image-9.png 1676w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 1024px) 100vw, 1024px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h_257e5da6bc\">7. Change login credential of charger<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>For extra security change the username\/password to access the charge point settings:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Go to Security \u2192 Change Password. Change and hit apply.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h_4126eeee7a\">8.
