Notes<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>This guide is an example on how to connect a Zaptec charge point using Monta Charge. If you wish to use\u00a0<strong>Monta Hub<\/strong>, please use\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/monta.com\/uk\/help-center\/add-charge-point-in-team\/\">this guide here<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>If you are connecting the charge point through the Monta Hub, select to connect via Cloud method.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>If you are trying to connect a Zaptec Go and you are facing issues with the verification process, please contact Monta support for assistance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Please note<\/strong>&nbsp;that when you connect your charge point to Monta, we become the&nbsp;<strong>operator of the charge point<\/strong>. This means that you need to use Monta to control the charging process.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h_df02dd8e3a\">2. Under \u201cChargers\u201d, select the right team you want to connect the charge point to&nbsp;<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Click on the three dots in the right corner and choose<strong>&nbsp;\u201c+ Connect a charger\u201d<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In Monta, we use Teams, so you can easily differentiate between your personal charge points, and the ones you want to share with family, friends or employees. Fill in your charge point details<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>3.1. Select the Brand, Model, Charge point effect and Connector type of your charge point.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>3.2. Give your charge point a name and specify the location.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>3.3. Please note that you can always change these settings and you do not have to make the decision at this point. Select the integration method<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Choose&nbsp;<strong>Zaptec Cloud<\/strong>&nbsp;to integrate your charge point to Monta.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h_7b471c3421\">5. Continue with your Zaptec Cloud login<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>5.1. Login to the Zaptec Cloud<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>5.2. Select your charge point<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>5.3. Wait for verification<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Here Monta verifies the connection between our system and your charge point. This should take a couple of seconds.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h_b778e8ae79\">7. Perfecto!
