Please note<\/b> that when you connect your charge point to Monta, we become the operator of the charge point<\/b>. This means that you need to use Monta to control the charging process.<\/p>\n

1. Download the Teison app and login<\/h2>\n

Download My Teison<\/b> from Apple Store or Google Play.<\/p>\n

On the first screen select Home<\/b> and then login.<\/p>\n

Once you are in, turn on your Bluetooth to locate the charging pile list.<\/p>\n

2. Open the network settings<\/h2>\n

Select a charging pile by clicking on it.<\/p>\n

Open the network settings by clicking on the three dots “…”<\/b> in the upper right corner and then click on “Config Network”<\/b>.<\/p>\n

3. Configure network<\/h2>\n

Select 2.4GB WiFi.<\/p>\n

1. Enter your WiFi name and password.<\/p>\n

2. Click on webSocket<\/p>\n

3. Enter socket URL: ocpp.monta.app:443<\/b><\/p>\n

4. Enter socket port: ocpp1.6<\/i><\/b><\/p>\n

Finish by clicking on “Link to router”.<\/p>\n

4. Connecting the charge point to your Monta account<\/h2>\n

Now you need to add and connect your charge point to your Monta account.<\/p>\n
