Please note<\/b> that when you connect your charge point to Monta, we become the operator of the charge point<\/b>. This means that you need to use Monta to control the charging process.<\/p>\n

1. Prerequisites<\/h2>\n

First you need to download and install Autel Config app from the App Store<\/a> or Google Play Store<\/a>.<\/p>\n

2. Login with your Autel credentials<\/h2>\n

Open the app and login with your Autel credentials. If you do not have those, please contact Autel support.<\/p>\n

3. Click on the “+” icon<\/h2>\n

On the main page, click on the “+”<\/b> icon, located in the top right corner of the screen.<\/p>\n

4. Scan the QR code to add your charge point<\/h2>\n

To add the charge point, scan the QR code, which is located on the right side of the charging box.<\/p>\n

Enter the serial number in the field.<\/p>\n

For the PIN, you can either scan the QR code that is provided in the Quick Manual or type it manually.<\/p>\n

After you have filled in the two fields, click on “Verify”<\/b>.<\/p>\n

5. Click on the charge point serial number<\/h2>\n

Once you click on the serial number of the charge point, it will open the configuration menu.<\/p>\n

6. Select a Wi-Fi connection<\/h2>\n

In this step, you need to click on the “Wi-Fi Connection”<\/b> tab and select an available network to connect your charge point.<\/p>\n

When you have selected the network, enter the password and wait to connect.<\/p>\n

7. Navigate to “OCPP Server”<\/h2>\n

Once your charge point is connected to the internet, navigate to the “OCPP Server”<\/b> tab and select “Monta Root cer”<\/b> then select “Connect”<\/strong> and then “Connect”<\/strong> again. Wait while the charger verifies the settings and reboots.

8. Connecting the charge point to your Monta account<\/h2>\n

Now you need to add and connect your charge point to your Monta account.<\/p>\n
