Please note<\/b> that when you connect your charge point to Monta, we become the operator of the charge point<\/b>. This means that you need to use Monta to control the charging process.<\/p>\n

1. Connect your device to your charge point<\/h2>\n

Using your mobile device or laptop, search for the charge point\u2019s hotspot. It would follow this format: EO-#######<\/b><\/p>\n

The password to this hotspot will be the numeric portion of the hotspot name.<\/p>\n

2. Open a browser to 10.10.10.1<\/h2>\n

Now when connected to the hotspot, open a browser and enter 10.10.10.1<\/b> and hit “Enter”<\/b>.<\/p>\n

3. Login to the page<\/h2>\n

Login to the page with these credentials. Please note that the password is the Hostname, which is visible on the login page below.<\/p>\n

Login:<\/b> Installer<\/p>\n

Password:<\/b> numeric portion of the Hostname<\/p>\n

4. Edit the CSMS settings<\/h2>\n

Navigate to the “CSMS”<\/b> tab on the left side menu.<\/p>\n

Change these parameters:<\/p>\n

CSMS Server Address:<\/b> wss:\/\/ocpp.monta.app:443<\/p>\n

Charger Identity:<\/b> leave it as default, otherwise use serial number of the charge point<\/p>\n

Offline Authorization <\/b>is disabled.<\/p>\n

Default id Tag<\/b> mode is disabled.<\/p>\n

Default ID Tag:<\/b> 8 capital F\u2019s – “FFFFFFFF”<\/p>\n

RFID<\/b> is enabled. (This is not applicable for EO Mini Pro 3)<\/p>\n

Click on “Save”<\/b>.<\/p>\n

5. Connect the charge point to the internet<\/h2>\n

Navigate to the “Network”<\/b> tab on the left side menu.<\/p>\n

In this example, we are connecting the charge point to the internet via WiFi.<\/p>\n

Enable WiFi,<\/b> using the toggle. Here you can either manually enter your WiFi credentials or scan for an available network.<\/p>\n

Manually enter credentials<\/b><\/p>\n

WiFi SSID:<\/b> *your WiFi name*<\/p>\n

WiFi PSK:<\/b> *your WiFi password*<\/p>\n

Scan for an available network<\/b><\/p>\n

Click on the “Refresh List”<\/b> button, located in the upper right corner of the screen.<\/p>\n

Your WiFi network should appear. Select it and click on “Use as<\/b> WiFi SSID<\/b>“.<\/p>\n

Enter your WiFi password manually.<\/p>\n

Click on “Save”.<\/b><\/p>\n

6. Enter the “Admin” tab<\/h2>\n

Navigate to the “Admin”<\/b> tab on the left side menu.<\/p>\n

Click on “Restart”<\/b> under the SCC client. Afterwards restart the EVSE.<\/p>\n

Once the charge point has rebooted, you can continue to connect the charge point to Monta.<\/p>\n

Please prepare the serial number of the charge point, as you will need it in the next steps.<\/p>\n

7. Connecting the charge point to your Monta account<\/h2>\n

Now you need to add and connect your charge point to your Monta account.<\/p>\n
