This process is quick, secure, and only needs to be completed once.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Know Your Customer (KYC) is a verification process required to ensure the security and compliance of financial transactions. By verifying your identity, we can:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Prevent fraud and financial crimes.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Comply with legal and regulatory requirements.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Protect your account from unauthorized access.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>How Does KYC Work?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>When you request a <strong>withdrawal<\/strong> using the Monta Charge App, we need to verify your identity. This is a quick, one-time process.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Provide Your Information. You&#8217;ll be asked to enter your <strong>address<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Upload Identification: You\u2019ll need to submit a <strong>photo of a government-issued ID<\/strong> (passport or driver\u2019s license).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Take a Selfie: For additional security, we\u2019ll ask you to take a <strong>live selfie<\/strong> to confirm your identity. We therefore also need to ask permission to use your camera and microphone.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Once completed, your information will be reviewed.
