1. Connect your computer to your charge point<\/h2>\n

Connect your computer to the charge point’s controller via MicroUSB cable to the Config port.<\/p>\n

2. Open a browser to 192.168.123.123<\/h2>\n

Open a browser your computer and type the following address: 192.168.123.123<\/b><\/p>\n

Login with the provided credentials in Commissioning data sheet document that comes with the charge point.<\/p>\n

3. Connect your charge point to the internet<\/h2>\n

In this guide, we are using an Ethernet connection as an example.<\/p>\n

On the left side menu, navigate to “Network”<\/b> and configure the LAN tab settings.<\/p>\n

Show LAN Configuration:<\/b> Show<\/p>\n

Mode for ethernet configuration:<\/b> DHCP server<\/p>\n

Save the settings and move on to “Backend” <\/b>section.<\/p>\n

4. Configure the OCPP settings<\/h2>\n

Navigate to the “Backend”<\/b> section on the left side menu and go to the “OCPP”<\/b> settings.<\/p>\n

Connection type: <\/b>Ethernet<\/p>\n

ChargePointID: <\/b>Do not edit the ChargePointID<\/p>\n

OCPP Mode:<\/b> OCPP-J 1.6<\/p>\n

WebSockets JSON OCPP URL of the Backend<\/b>: wss:\/\/ocpp.monta.app<\/p>\n

Save the settings.<\/p>\n

5. Reboot the charge point<\/h2>\n

Reboot the charge point, so the new configuration can take place.<\/p>\n

6. Connecting the charge point to your Monta account<\/h2>\n

Now you need to add and connect your charge point to your Monta account.<\/p>\n
