Please note<\/b> that when you connect your charge point to Monta, we become the operator of the charge point<\/b>. This means that you need to use Monta to control the charging process.<\/p>\n

1. Login to the Smappee Dashboard<\/h2>\n

Open the Smappee Dashboard: https:\/\/dashboard.smappee.net\/login<\/a><\/p>\n

Log in using the username and password that you\u2019ve used when installing the charge point.<\/p>\n

2. Find your charge point<\/h2>\n

Use the search field on the right side of the screen to search for your charge point.<\/p>\n

3. Configure the charge point<\/h2>\n

Select the “Session activation method” <\/b>field. Click on the “edit” icon on the right side of the field.<\/p>\n

4. Place in the Monta url<\/h2>\n

Scroll down and select “Other CSMS”<\/b>. In the field bellow, place in the Monta url address: wss:\/\/ocpp.monta.app<\/b><\/p>\n

5. Save settings and reboot<\/h2>\n

After you have saved the settings, please reboot the charge point.<\/p>\n

6. Connecting the charge point to your Monta account<\/h2>\n

Now you need to add and connect your charge point to your Monta account.<\/p>\n

You can do this through either Monta Charge<\/span><\/a> or Monta Hub<\/span><\/a>.<\/p>\n

Important note!\u00a0<\/strong>When you are connecting the charge point to your Monta account, you need to insert the serial number of the charge point.
