This means that you need to use Monta to control the charging process.<\/p>\n<h2 id=\"h_1c73bacf9f\" data-post-processed=\"true\">1. Prerequisites<\/h2>\n<p class=\"no-margin\">First, you need to setup the charge point configuration.<\/p>\n<p class=\"no-margin\">You need to have the Webasto manual ready, which you have received together with your charge point. There, you will find all necessary passwords. If it happens that you don&#8217;t have a manual, it will take around 2 weeks to send a new manual to you.<\/p>\n<p class=\"no-margin\">Webasto LIVE will need internet connection to take full advantage of the charge point&#8217;s features. Internet connection with your charge point can be obtained via wifi, a network cable or 4G network via a SIM card is also an option (contact Webasto DK if desired).<\/p>\n<h2 id=\"h_cb663fe590\" data-post-processed=\"true\">2. Connect to your charge point<\/h2>\n<p class=\"no-margin\">Establish connection with your charge point via wifi or use a cable. Log in to the charge point&#8217;s hotspot &#8211; wifi signal &#8211; you will find the password in the manual.<\/p>\n<p class=\"no-margin\"><b>WLAN SSID:<\/b> Webasto!Live xxxxxxxxxxxx (x would be numbers)<br \/>\n<b>WLAN Password:<\/b> xxxxxxxxxxxx<\/p>\n<div class=\"intercom-container\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/monta.com\/uk\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/12\/2022\/07\/Screenshot_20210730-160614_Settings-24.jpg\" alt=\"\" title=\"\"><\/div>\n<h2 id=\"h_827c1d024f\" data-post-processed=\"true\">3. Open an internet browser to <b>172.20.0.1<\/b><\/h2>\n<p class=\"no-margin\">Enter <b>172.20.0.1<\/b> in a browser&#8217;s address bar and log in. You will find the password in the manual.<\/p>\n<p class=\"no-margin\"><b>Portal Password:<\/b> xxxxxxxxxxxx<\/p>\n<div class=\"intercom-container\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/monta.com\/uk\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/12\/2022\/07\/IMG_0363-61.png\" alt=\"\" title=\"\"><\/div>\n<h2 id=\"h_bdcaf71796\" data-post-processed=\"true\">4. Click on &#8220;Network&#8221;<\/h2>\n<p class=\"no-margin\">You will have to have wireless internet name and password used in the location.<\/p>\n<div class=\"intercom-container\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/monta.com\/uk\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/12\/2022\/07\/IMG_0364-47.png\" alt=\"\" title=\"\"><\/div>\n<p class=\"no-margin\">As mentioned earlier you have three possibilities to connect your charge point, via Wifi connected, internet cable or GSM 4 G card. Here, in this guide we are connecting the charge point via wireless internet connection.<\/p>\n<p class=\"no-margin\">Here, enter the name and code used &#8211; make sure it is correct!<\/p>\n<div class=\"intercom-container\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/monta.com\/uk\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/12\/2022\/07\/IMG_0366-43.png\" alt=\"\" title=\"\"><\/div>\n<h2 id=\"h_31babfe839\" data-post-processed=\"true\">5. Click on &#8220;Backend&#8221; and fill out information<\/h2>\n<div class=\"intercom-container\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/monta.com\/uk\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/12\/2022\/07\/IMG_0367-21.png\" alt=\"\" title=\"\"><\/div>\n<p class=\"no-margin\">Fill in the following details:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<p class=\"no-margin\"><b>Connection type: <\/b>WLAN<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p class=\"no-margin\"><b>OCPP ChargeBoxIdentity (ChargePointID)<\/b>: delete any letters or signs you may see and leave only the numbers.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p class=\"no-margin\"><b>WebSockets JSON OSPP URL of the Backend<\/b>: wss:\/\/ocpp.monta.app\/<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p class=\"no-margin\">Click <b>&#8220;Save&#8221;<\/b><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<div class=\"intercom-container\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/monta.com\/uk\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/12\/2022\/07\/Screenshot_20210730-170000_SamsungInternet-83.jpeg\" alt=\"\" title=\"\"><\/div>\n<h2 id=\"h_4f794ef4cd\" data-post-processed=\"true\">6. Check the Authorization details<\/h2>\n<p class=\"no-margin\">In addition go to Authorization and ensure the Settings are as follow:<\/p>\n<pre><code>Free Charging: Off \n\nIf in doubt allow charging: Off \n\nVehicle connection timeout: 180 \n\nSend Authorize for RemoteStart: On \n\nRFID Tag letter case: Uppercase \n\nEnable local whitelist: Off \n\nLocal whitelist learning mode: Off \n\nEnable OCPP Whitelist: On<\/code><\/pre>\n<div class=\"intercom-container\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/monta.com\/uk\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/12\/2022\/07\/IMG_0369-80.png\" alt=\"\" title=\"\"><\/div>\n<h2 id=\"h_82e79ccbda\" data-post-processed=\"true\">7. Restart the charge point<\/h2>\n<p class=\"no-margin\">Now you will be requested to restart the charge charge point.<\/p>\n<div class=\"intercom-container\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/monta.com\/uk\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/12\/2022\/07\/IMG_0370-35.png\" alt=\"\" title=\"\"><\/div>\n<p class=\"no-margin\">After restarting, wait for 5min and then continue the connection to Monta.<\/p>\n<h2 id=\"h_5e42da0a24\" data-post-processed=\"true\">8.
