This means that you need to use Monta to control the charging process.<\/p>\n<h2 id=\"h_70e96d0c26\" data-post-processed=\"true\">1. Contact Siemens support<\/h2>\n<p class=\"no-margin\">In order to connect the charge point to Monta you will need to contact <a class=\"intercom-content-link\" href=\"mailto:emobility_support.si@siemens.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow noopener noreferrer\">Siemens Support<\/a>. Add your charge point serial number in the email and ask support to move the charge point to &#8220;<b>Monta Prod<\/b>&#8221;<br \/>\nWhen they will receive your request, Siemens support will change the OCPP url to <b>ws:\/\/ocpp.monta.app<\/b><\/p>\n<h2 id=\"h_8b54422ded\" data-post-processed=\"true\">2. Wait for confirmation that OCPP is changed<\/h2>\n<p class=\"no-margin\">After you get the confirmation from Siemens that the charge point is now connected to Monta, you can continue the integration process in Monta Charge or Hub.<\/p>\n<h2 id=\"h_68af805f37\" data-post-processed=\"true\">3.
