There, you can easily update your details, choose how you\u2019d like to receive notifications, and set your preferred language and timezone to ensure consistent terminology across invoices, reports, and the overall platform experience.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Access My Account page in Monta Hub<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>To access the My Account page in the Hub, please follow these steps:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Click on <strong>the avatar icon<\/strong> in the bottom left corner of the Hub,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Select <strong>My Account<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>You are now logged in!<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>You can edit and view your personal information and manage your account in Monta.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div>\n  <script async src=\"https:\/\/js.storylane.io\/js\/v2\/storylane.js\"><\/script>\n  <div class=\"sl-embed\" style=\"position:relative;padding-bottom:calc(78.55% + 25px);width:100%;height:0;transform:scale(1)\">\n    <iframe loading=\"lazy\" class=\"sl-demo\" src=\"https:\/\/app.storylane.io\/demo\/tx4dk7zrudvd?embed=inline\" name=\"sl-embed\" title=\"Interactive product demo\" aria-label=\"Interactive product demo\" allow=\"fullscreen\" allowfullscreen style=\"position:absolute;top:0;left:0;width:100%!important;height:100%!important;border:1px solid rgba(63,95,172,0.35);box-shadow: 0px 0px 18px rgba(26, 19, 72, 0.15);border-radius:10px;box-sizing:border-box;\"><\/iframe>\n  <\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Update your Personal information<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><span style=\"margin: 0px;padding: 0px\"><strong>Upload a new image<\/strong> &#8211; <em>We recommend having an image, as it enhances security and helps the team administrator to easily recognize and identify you.<\/em>)<\/span><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Edit user information &#8211; you can edit your <strong>first name <\/strong>and<strong> surname<\/strong>, <strong>address<\/strong>, <strong>postal code<\/strong>, and more.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>View balance &#8211; On the right side of the page, you can view your <strong>balance<\/strong> and your <strong>User ID<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>Always remember to click Save! <\/p>\n\n\n\n<div>\n  <script async src=\"https:\/\/js.storylane.io\/js\/v2\/storylane.js\"><\/script>\n  <div class=\"sl-embed\" style=\"position:relative;padding-bottom:calc(65.04% + 25px);width:100%;height:0;transform:scale(1)\">\n    <iframe loading=\"lazy\" class=\"sl-demo\" src=\"https:\/\/app.storylane.io\/demo\/bccxn5wd7uwi?embed=inline\" name=\"sl-embed\" title=\"Interactive product demo\" aria-label=\"Interactive product demo\" allow=\"fullscreen\" allowfullscreen style=\"position:absolute;top:0;left:0;width:100%!important;height:100%!important;border:1px solid rgba(63,95,172,0.35);box-shadow: 0px 0px 18px rgba(26, 19, 72, 0.15);border-radius:10px;box-sizing:border-box;\"><\/iframe>\n  <\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Update your contact information and preferences<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>If you would like to update your contact information or edit your password, language, and time zone, please follow these steps: <br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Edit <strong>email<\/strong> or <strong>phone<\/strong> number &#8211; click the <strong>pencil<\/strong> icon to edit<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Update <strong>password<\/strong> &#8211; click on the <strong>pencil<\/strong> icon in the <strong>Security<\/strong> section. \n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><em>This is available only if you are not using other login methods, such as Single Sign-On (SSO).<\/em><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Edit <strong>Email communication<\/strong>:\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Toggle on &#8220;<strong>Receipts and Invoices<\/strong>&#8221; option to receive emails about transactions, such as receipts, and documents related to your account, such as invoices.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Toggle on <strong>&#8220;Stay in Charge newsletter<\/strong>&#8221; option to subscribe to or unsubscribe from our newsletter.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Edit <strong>Language and time zone<\/strong> &#8211; When you select an option from the dropdown menus, it will update the <strong>display language<\/strong> of your Hub account and adjust the <strong>timezone<\/strong> settings. <\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<pre class=\"wp-block-verse has-xs-font-size\">*Selecting the correct language setting (for example, <strong>US English<\/strong> or <strong>UK English<\/strong>) ensures that key terms appear consistently across your account. For instance: Interface terms will also adjust - for example, the sidebar will show <em>\u201cChargers\u201d<\/em> for US settings and <em>\u201cCharge points\u201d<\/em> for UK settings.
