In this guide we describe how to assign a specific role to a user.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/monta.com\/uk\/help-center\/operator-roles-permissions\/\" data-type=\"help-center\" data-id=\"11132\">Here<\/a>&nbsp;is a detailed guide on the different permissions the different roles have in the Monta Hub.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Click on the <strong>Members <\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Click on<strong> Invite<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Insert the phone number or email of the user\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Make sure that the contact you using is associated to the Monta account of the user<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Select the role of the user\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Use the drop-down to select the correct role. If you want to learn more about the different types of Operator Dashboards, and how to read them, click <a href=\"https:\/\/monta.com\/uk\/help-center\/operator-dashboards-monta\/\" data-type=\"link\" data-id=\"https:\/\/monta.com\/uk\/help-center\/operator-dashboards-monta\/\">here<\/a>. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>From the menu on the current page, you can manage the access settings of the Dashboards. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Open your Operator Account and click on <strong>Dashboards<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Select a Dashboard and click on <strong>Edit<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Edit <strong>Visibility <\/strong>from the drop-down menu\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Private<\/strong> = Access via Monta Hub only<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Public <\/strong>= Creates a link that can be shared with external parties.
