Team user roles<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

In a Team there are 3 general roles, whose permissions can be adjusted from Monta Hub. Here is a short description of each role. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Role<\/strong><\/td>Team Owner<\/strong><\/td>Team Admin<\/strong><\/td>Member<\/strong><\/td><\/tr>
Who is this?<\/strong>
<\/td>		The user who owns the Team. They can have their Wallet and charge points permissions adjusted, but they can always manage new Team Members. <\/td>A user who can be given managerial permissions in the Team, such as editing charge points, Members and Team Wallet management. <\/td>This user has the least administrative control in the Team. They can be given access to specific charge points and rights to pay with the Team Wallet.<\/td><\/tr>
Recommended for: <\/strong><\/td>If you are setting up a site of charge points, by creating a Team, we recommend to put the owner of the site as an owner of the Team. <\/td>A person who needs to manage the Team Wallet, setting up charge points, getting transaction and\/ or other exports, or inviting new Team Members to the Team. <\/td>A person who needs to use the Team charge points or use the Team Wallet for payments.  <\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><\/figure>\n\n\n\n

Team member permissions<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Below is a table of the different user roles and what permissions they can be assigned in a Team. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Can pay charging with Wallet<\/td>Specify if the Team Member can use the Wallet balance to pay for charging.

If the toggle is off, the Team Member has to pay for charging with their personal Wallet.

Can configure charge points<\/td>The user has access to the OCPP configuration of the charge points in this Team<\/td>\u2705\/ \u274c<\/td>\u2705\/ \u274c<\/td>\u274c<\/td><\/tr>
Can see other Team members\u2019 information<\/td>The user can see the name, phone number and email of other Team members in the Team<\/td>\u2705<\/td>\u2705<\/td>\u274c<\/td><\/tr>
Can invite, remove or edit Team members<\/td>The user has control over <\/td>\u2705\/ \u274c<\/td>\u2705\/ \u274c<\/td>\u274c<\/td><\/tr>
Can export charges \/ transactions in the Team<\/td>The user is able to export the Team charges or Wallet transactions <\/td>\u2705<\/td>\u2705<\/td>\u274c<\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><\/figure>\n\n\n\n

Other restrictions<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

An Operator can limit the ability of Team Members to edit bank accounts. If you are not able to edit a bank account, please turn to your Operator.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Manage a Team member’s permissions<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

In Monta Hub you can adjust the permissions of the Team members. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. Open the Team and click on the Members<\/strong> tab<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. Click to open the page of the Team member<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  3. See the Team member information<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  4. General details\n

    • Here you can switch the Team user role of the member<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Others\n
        \n
      • Toggle on to allow the member to pay for charging with the Team Wallet<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Toggle on to allow to deposit and withdraw funds from the Team Wallet<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Toggle on to allow access to the charge point configuration page<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Remember to click on Save settings<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Remove Team member of required<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Charge point access settings\n

        • See which charge points the user can charge on<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        • Click on the three action dots to give access to a charge point<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n
