Grouping charge points in sites enables you to use the following Monta features:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Bulk firmware update:<\/strong> With Monta, you can <a href=\"https:\/\/monta.com\/uk\/help-center\/charging-sites-functions\/#heading-2\">update the firmware of multiple charge points at once<\/a>, if they belong to a Charging site.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Load Management:<\/strong> In order to <a href=\"https:\/\/monta.com\/uk\/help-center\/set-up-dynamic-load-balancing\/\">set up Load Management<\/a>, the charge point must belong to a Charging site. You can create specific power distribution on a single site or across multiple sites.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>SmartQueue: <\/strong><a href=\"https:\/\/monta.com\/uk\/help-center\/charging-sites-functions\/#heading-3\" data-type=\"link\" data-id=\"https:\/\/monta.com\/uk\/help-center\/charging-sites-functions\/#heading-3\">This feature<\/a> enables EV drivers to join the virtual queue at one or multiple Charging sites. It allows drivers to get notified when the charge point becomes available for them.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Installer jobs:<\/strong> The <a href=\"https:\/\/monta.com\/uk\/help-center\/create-installer-job\/\" data-type=\"link\" data-id=\"https:\/\/monta.com\/uk\/help-center\/create-installer-job\/\">Installer page<\/a> allows you to create jobs for the installers, who are connecting your charge points. Once you add the charge points to the same Charging site, you can create a sharable link. When the installer is ready with the charge point configuration, they can test the connection to Monta.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>You can see how to manage the different Charging sites <a href=\"https:\/\/monta.com\/uk\/help-center\/charging-sites-functions\/\" data-type=\"link\" data-id=\"https:\/\/monta.com\/uk\/help-center\/charging-sites-functions\">settings from here<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Add a new Charging site<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Charging sites are created within Teams. You can have multiple charging sites in one Team, but you cannot create a site that goes across Teams. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Select <strong>Chargers<\/strong> from the left site menu<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Click on <strong>Add<\/strong> and select <strong>Charging site<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Select the Team, where the Charging site should be added<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Select manual setup<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Give a name and address to the Charging site<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Select if you want to <a href=\"https:\/\/monta.com\/uk\/help-center\/add-charge-point-in-team\/\" data-type=\"help-center\" data-id=\"7274\">add charge points <\/a>to the site <\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<div>\n        \n        <div class=\"sl-embed\" style=\"position:relative;padding-bottom:calc(54.10% + 27px);width:100%;height:0\">\n          \n        <\/div>\n      <\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Import Charging sites to Monta<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>You can import an entire Charging site to Monta by syncing the site information via API.
