For general guidelines, please refer to <a href=\"https:\/\/monta.com\/en\/help-center\/set-up-payter-terminal\/\" data-type=\"help-center\" data-id=\"6806\">Set up a Payter payment terminal.<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Open <a href=\"https:\/\/paygasus.atlassian.net\/servicedesk\/customer\/portals\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">this form<\/a> and choose <strong>New Payter Device Activation<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Complete it with the following information:\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Email confirmation to: [This should be your email (the one managing the site)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Merchant Account Number: 984255466885<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Company Name: [Your company name]<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>MyPayter Domain: MONTA_US<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Serial Number: The serial number of the payment terminal(s) you are moving to Monta cloud solution.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>In the Comments, you can add \u201cMonta &#8211; CPMS\u201d<br><em><strong>Note:<\/strong> You input Monta&#8217;s credentials because the payment terminal is getting added or migrated to Monta\u2019s MyPayter wallet in order for us to reconcile payments for you, and pay you out inside Monta.<\/em><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"964\" height=\"1024\" src=\"https:\/\/monta.com\/app\/uploads\/sites\/12\/2025\/06\/payter1-1-1-964x1024.jpg\" alt=\"img dashboard overview\" class=\"wp-image-25790\" title=\"\" srcset=\"https:\/\/monta.com\/app\/uploads\/sites\/12\/2025\/06\/payter1-1-1-964x1024.jpg 964w, https:\/\/monta.com\/app\/uploads\/sites\/12\/2025\/06\/payter1-1-1-282x300.jpg 282w, https:\/\/monta.com\/app\/uploads\/sites\/12\/2025\/06\/payter1-1-1-141x150.jpg 141w, https:\/\/monta.com\/app\/uploads\/sites\/12\/2025\/06\/payter1-1-1-768x816.jpg 768w, https:\/\/monta.com\/app\/uploads\/sites\/12\/2025\/06\/payter1-1-1.jpg 1086w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 964px) 100vw, 964px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>3. After 3 business days, you should receive an update from Payter on your request. This will confirm the Payment terminal has been moved over to Monta\u2019s wallet and you can proceed with the next step.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>4. Using Monta&#8217;s Payment Terminal tool in the Hub, <a href=\"https:\/\/monta.com\/en\/help-center\/connect-payter-terminal-team\/\" data-type=\"help-center\" data-id=\"11961\">add the payment terminal to the charging site<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>5.
