This guide is dedicated to managing the access &amp; pricing of your charge points to all EV drivers. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><em>Private<\/em><\/strong> charge points can only be used by the members of the Team, where the charge point is located.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em><strong>Public<\/strong><\/em> charge points can be used by all EV drivers, and they will pay the price\/ kWh that you set on the charge point.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><em>Schedules<\/em><\/strong> allow you set a time for the charge point to switch between <strong>Public<\/strong> and <strong>Private<\/strong> visibility.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Set a charge point to Public<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Open the charge point in Monta Hub<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Click on <strong>Pricing &amp; Access<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>In the <strong>Charge point accessibility<\/strong> select <strong>Public<\/strong> from the drop-down menu<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Edit the price group from the three action dots\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The <strong>Default price group<\/strong> is automatically applied<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Select <strong>Open price group<\/strong> to edit the price group <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Select <strong>Change price group<\/strong> to select a different price group<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Click on <strong>Save changes<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<div>\n        <script src=\"https:\/\/js.storylane.io\/js\/v1\/storylane.js\"><\/script>\n        <div class=\"sl-embed\" style=\"position:relative;padding-bottom:calc(54.38% + 27px);width:100%;height:0;transform:scale(1)\">\n          <iframe class=\"sl-demo\" src=\"https:\/\/app.storylane.io\/demo\/xhvik30obukg\" name=\"sl-embed\" title=\"Interactive product demo\" aria-label=\"Interactive product demo\" allow=\"fullscreen; Access<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Go to <strong>Show charge point on map<\/strong>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Toggle on = all EV drivers can find the charge point on the Monta map<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Toggle off = charge point is not visible on the map, but EV drivers can start a charge on a Public price<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<div>\n        <script src=\"https:\/\/js.storylane.io\/js\/v1\/storylane.js\"><\/script>\n        <div class=\"sl-embed\" style=\"position:relative;padding-bottom:calc(54.38% + 27px);width:100%;height:0;transform:scale(1)\">\n          <iframe class=\"sl-demo\" src=\"https:\/\/app.storylane.io\/demo\/jnmdoyve2fxo\" name=\"sl-embed\" title=\"Interactive product demo\" aria-label=\"Interactive product demo\" allow=\"fullscreen; camera; microphone\" style=\"position:absolute;top:0;left:0;width:100%;height:100%;border:none;\"><\/iframe>\n        <\/div>\n      <\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Create a Scheduled access<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>You can create a Schedule, so charge points switch between Private and Public visibility based on defined conditions. This feature allows control over who can access your charge points and when. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>We recommend to combine your Schedule with <a href=\"https:\/\/monta.com\/en\/help-center\/charging-sites-functions\/\" data-type=\"help-center\" data-id=\"4916\">Opening Hours<\/a> for informational guidance alongside access control.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In this example, we are showing a Schedule, where the charge points are Public during the day and Private during the night. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Open the Team in Monta Hub and click on <strong>Schedules<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Click on<strong> + New Schedule<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Fill out the name and time zone, where the schedule is applying<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Select the default availability<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Go to Scheduled changes and state when and how you want accessibility to change\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>You can switch the charge points between Public and Private<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>You can switch the Price Groups of the charge points at different hours<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Select to which charge points you want to apply the schedule and click <strong>Save<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<div>\n        <script src=\"https:\/\/js.storylane.io\/js\/v1\/storylane.js\"><\/script>\n        <div class=\"sl-embed\" style=\"position:relative;padding-bottom:calc(54.38% + 27px);width:100%;height:0;transform:scale(1)\">\n          <iframe class=\"sl-demo\" src=\"https:\/\/app.storylane.io\/demo\/ctepk5zjkviw\" name=\"sl-embed\" title=\"Interactive product demo\" aria-label=\"Interactive product demo\" allow=\"fullscreen; camera; microphone\" style=\"position:absolute;top:0;left:0;width:100%;height:100%;border:none;\"><\/iframe>\n        <\/div>\n      <\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Schedules only affect Monta users and are currently<strong> not supported for Roaming<\/strong>. For Roaming, only the default visibility is communicated, meaning that:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>If the default is public, the charge point is always public to roaming users<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>If the default is private, the charge point is never accessible via roaming<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Edit charge point&#8217;s visibility in bulk<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>You can bulk edit the visibility and pricing of the charge points in a Team. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Open the Team and select the <strong>Charge points<\/strong> tab<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Select some or all charge points in the Team<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Click on <strong>Accessibility &amp; pricing<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Select between <strong>Public<\/strong>, <strong>Private <\/strong>or <strong>Scheduled <\/strong>visibility<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Click on <strong>Save<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<div>\n        <script src=\"https:\/\/js.storylane.io\/js\/v1\/storylane.js\"><\/script>\n        <div class=\"sl-embed\" style=\"position:relative;padding-bottom:calc(54.10% + 27px);width:100%;height:0;transform:scale(1)\">\n          <iframe class=\"sl-demo\" src=\"https:\/\/app.storylane.io\/demo\/3ja4ru2sktex\" name=\"sl-embed\" title=\"Interactive product demo\" aria-label=\"Interactive product demo\" allow=\"fullscreen; camera; microphone\" style=\"position:absolute;top:0;left:0;width:100%;height:100%;border:1px solid rgba(63,95,172,0.35);box-shadow: 0px 0px 18px rgba(26, 19, 72, 0.15);border-radius:10px;box-sizing:border-box;\"><\/iframe>\n        <\/div>\n      <\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Enable in-app chat<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>When this feature is toggled on, your users will get access to a &#8220;Chat with owner&#8221; in-app chat interface for sending\/receiving messages. Note that this is way of directly contacting the charge point owner, not the operator.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>To activate this feature:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Open the charge point and select&nbsp;<strong>Pricing &amp; Access<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Scroll down and toggle on<strong> In-app chat<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Enable charge point reservation<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Reservation allows EV drivers to reserve your charge point for a fee, via <a href=\"https:\/\/monta.com\/uk\/help-center\/reserve-charge-point\/\">Monta Charge<\/a>. This way EV drivers are not wasting time arriving to an occupied charge point.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The first 2 minutes of the reservation are free of charge, after which the user will pay 50% of the estimated charging price, per minute.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Open the charge point and select <strong>Pricing &amp; Access<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Scroll down and toggle on <strong>Charge point&nbsp;reservation<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Set a maximum amount of time for reservation<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Click on<strong> Save<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<div>\n        <script src=\"https:\/\/js.storylane.io\/js\/v1\/storylane.js\"><\/script>\n        <div class=\"sl-embed\" style=\"position:relative;padding-bottom:calc(54.10% + 27px);width:100%;height:0;transform:scale(1)\">\n          <iframe class=\"sl-demo\" src=\"https:\/\/app.storylane.io\/demo\/qymylqzl7w98\" name=\"sl-embed\" title=\"Interactive product demo\" aria-label=\"Interactive product demo\" allow=\"fullscreen; camera; microphone\" style=\"position:absolute;top:0;left:0;width:100%;height:100%;border:1px solid rgba(63,95,172,0.35);box-shadow: 0px 0px 18px rgba(26, 19, 72, 0.15);border-radius:10px;box-sizing:border-box;\"><\/iframe>\n        <\/div>\n      <\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Charge point deeplink<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Every charge point that is added to Monta has a unique deeplink, which be used to start charging with or without Monta Charge.
