Use it to see what changed, who made the change, and when it happened.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Access the audit log<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Open Monta Hub.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Go to <strong>Operator Settings \u2192 Account Settings<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Select <strong>Audit Log<\/strong> from the top navigation.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">What the audit log shows<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Each entry in the audit log includes:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Timestamp<\/strong> \u2014 when the action occurred<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Event ID<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Action<\/strong> \u2014 whether something was created, updated, or deleted<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>User<\/strong> \u2014 who performed the action<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Affected item<\/strong> \u2014 the charge point, pricing configuration, user, or other resource that changed<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Parent<\/strong> \u2014 the operator or team the item belongs to<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">What is tracked<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>The audit log records changes across the following areas:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Users and team members<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Charge points, charge keys, and schedules<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Pricing configurations and price groups<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Billing activity (deposits, withdrawals, bank accounts)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Subscriptions and plans<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Roaming agreements<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Operator team settings<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Login and logout events<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p>The audit log is read-only.
