This is a guide that shows how to install Monta on your charge point. If you want to connect your charge point to your Monta account, please follow the steps in the end of the guide.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Please note<\/strong> that when you connect your charge point to Monta, we become the operator of the charge point<\/strong>. This means that you need to use Monta to control the charging process.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

1. Connect your device to the charge point’s WiFi<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Begin by connecting your device (Phone, Tablet or Laptop) to the WiFi signal that your charge point is emitting.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

WiFi name:<\/strong> ICS-2.4GHz-*******<\/p>\n\n\n\n

WiFi password: <\/strong>ics654321<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This information can be found on the sticker on the side of the unit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

2. Open a web browser to 192.168.10.1:8080<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

On the same device, open a web browser, type 192.168.10.1:8080<\/strong>, and hit “Enter”<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Username:<\/strong> install<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Password:<\/strong> icspass21<\/p>\n\n\n\n

3. Configure the charge point OCPP<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Once you login, click on the “Basic”<\/strong> tab and put in these values:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Preset Server: <\/strong>User Defined<\/p>\n\n\n\n

OCPP Server Domain:<\/strong> ocpp.monta.app<\/p>\n\n\n\n

OCPP Server Port:<\/strong> 443<\/p>\n\n\n\n

OCPP Server URL:<\/strong> \/<\/p>\n\n\n\n

OCPP Identity:<\/strong> make sure to use the Serial Number of the charge point<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Security Profile:<\/strong> wss<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Save the settings before you continue to the next step.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

4. Configure the Network settings of the charge point<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Navigate to the “Network”<\/strong> tab in the user configuration page.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Wi-Fi Setup<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Internet Access should be set as “Enabled”<\/strong> to allow you to connect the charge point to Wi-Fi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Wi-Fi SSID<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Press the “Scan”<\/strong> button and then select the Wi-Fi from the drop down list.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Wi-Fi Password<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Type in the password for the Wi-Fi network.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Now save the settings and reboot the charge point.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

5. Connecting the charge point to your Monta account<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Now you need to add and connect your charge point to your Monta account.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
