This page enables you to:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Classify your site by location type (e.g. highway, depot)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Upload images to improve visibility and driver confidence<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Add details about available amenities and services<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Share energy source and supplier info to support transparency and sustainability<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Store developer metadata in one place<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Opening Hours<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>In the Details tab, you&#8217;re also able to set Opening Hours &#8211; used to inform users about site availability, communicating when charge points at a site are expected to be accessible.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Informational only &#8211; does not control access or pricing<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Shared via OCPI to ensure compatibility with roaming networks and support regulatory compliance<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Define multiple opening windows per day. You can choose to indicate if charging is allowed outside of opening hours, or if vehicles must leave before closing.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>We recommend to combine the Opening Hours with\u00a0a <a href=\"https:\/\/monta.com\/en\/help-center\/changing-charge-point-visibility\/\" data-type=\"help-center\" data-id=\"2797\">Schedule<\/a>\u00a0for access control, alongside informational guidance.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Bulk firmware update<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Navigate to the Charging site<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Select the <strong>Charge Points<\/strong> tab<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Select to <strong>Filter outdated charge points<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Select one or more charge points and click on <strong>Update firmware<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Click to read the <strong>Release notes<\/strong> to find out what is updating (optional)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Click on <strong>Initiate update<\/strong> &#8211; you will receive an email with the details of the update<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<div>\n        <script src=\"https:\/\/js.storylane.io\/js\/v1\/storylane.js\"><\/script>\n        <div class=\"sl-embed\" style=\"position:relative;padding-bottom:calc(54.10% + 27px);width:100%;height:0;transform:scale(1)\">\n          <iframe class=\"sl-demo\" src=\"https:\/\/app.storylane.io\/demo\/8ibpd89xc77g\" name=\"sl-embed\" title=\"Interactive product demo\" aria-label=\"Interactive product demo\" allow=\"fullscreen; camera; microphone\" style=\"position:absolute;top:0;left:0;width:100%;height:100%;border:1px solid rgba(63,95,172,0.35);box-shadow: 0px 0px 18px rgba(26, 19, 72, 0.15);border-radius:10px;box-sizing:border-box;\"><\/iframe>\n        <\/div>\n      <\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Activate SmartQueue<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Many EV drivers have experienced turning up to charging site and finding out that all charge points are occupied. This is a common issue that many EV drivers face in reality for this reason in Monta we want to eliminate it.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Business or Enterprise users can allow queueing for charge points, both public and privately available. The SmartQueue feature enables EV drivers to join a virtual queue at one or multiple charging sites, via <a href=\"https:\/\/monta.com\/uk\/help-center\/use-smartqueue-driver\/\">Monta Charge<\/a>. With this toggle you can select if EV drivers can see the charge points of the site, on the Monta map. This means that all charge points will have the same Cost price. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Open <strong>Charge points<\/strong> from the side menu and select <strong>Charging sites<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Open the site and navigate to the <strong>Settings<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Click on Apply cost group<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Select a Cost price or create a new price group\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>You can select to recalculate the cost of all charges with this select Cost price<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Click on <strong>Continue<\/strong> and then <strong>Save changes<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<div>\n        <script src=\"https:\/\/js.storylane.io\/js\/v1\/storylane.js\"><\/script>\n        <div class=\"sl-embed\" style=\"position:relative;padding-bottom:calc(54.10% + 27px);width:100%;height:0;transform:scale(1)\">\n          <iframe class=\"sl-demo\" src=\"https:\/\/app.storylane.io\/demo\/b74ajrrq0lxz\" name=\"sl-embed\" title=\"Interactive product demo\" aria-label=\"Interactive product demo\" allow=\"fullscreen; camera; microphone\" style=\"position:absolute;top:0;left:0;width:100%;height:100%;border:1px solid rgba(63,95,172,0.35);box-shadow: 0px 0px 18px rgba(26, 19, 72, 0.15);border-radius:10px;box-sizing:border-box;\"><\/iframe>\n        <\/div>\n      <\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Transfer a site to a different Team<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>You can move an entire Charging site from one Team to another.
