Powered by Monta<\/strong> Lite<\/strong> is an easy to follow flow to connect your charge point to Monta, which we have developed with an exclusive set of manufacturers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

If your charge point is Powered by Monta, this will be indicated in the documentation which you have received when you have purchased it. There, you will locate a flyer with a QR code. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Before you can proceed with the flow, make sure that you have configured the charge point correctly<\/a>, so it can establish a connection with Monta.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

1. Point your phone at the QR code<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Open the charge point box and find the QR sticker inside.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Point the camera of your phone at the Monta QR sticker and scan it.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

When you scan the QR code on the charge point, you will be prompted to open Monta Charge. If you do not have the app yet, you will see how to download it.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Click on the “Open”<\/strong> button.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

2. Add the serial number of the charge point<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

After you have scanned the Monta QR code, the app has recognized the Brand and Model of your charge point. Now, you need to add the serial number. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

On some charge points, there is a QR code, which contains the serial number. Click the button “Scan Serial QR” and point your phone at the code to scan it. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

If your charge point does not have a QR code on it, or your phone does not support such scanning, you can also manually add the serial number. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

3. Fill in the charge point details<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Enter the name<\/strong> and location<\/strong> of your charge point and select which Team you want to register it in. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Then, click on “Connect to Monta”<\/strong> to continue. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

4. Wait to connect<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Here, our system is checking if your charge point is online and is trying to connect to it.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

5. Congrats, you have connected your charge point to Monta!<\/h2>\n\n\n\n
