Monta’s Dynamic Load Management (previously Load Balancing) system requires the charge points on a site to communicate how many amps are being used from the available current on the site.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

For this purpose, you can set up a Perific (formerly Enegic) external meter, that is connected to the charge point site and to Monta. For a comprehensive explanation of the different components of Load Management at Monta, download our Load Management technical white-paper<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

1. Open the settings in the Perific app<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Open the Perific app and click on the Settings<\/strong> menu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

2. Select “Licenses” <\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Here, click on the Register new license<\/strong> button.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

You can find the license QR on a flyer, included in the box of your Perific meter. If there is no flyer in the box, please contact Perific and request a license.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

3. Select “Reporter”<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Click on Reporter<\/strong> on top of the screen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Select type of reporter<\/strong> – Select “Monta Control”<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Name<\/strong> – Give a name to the report<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Monta installation id<\/strong> – Insert the Identifier of the Load Management Group. You can find that in Monta Hub -> Load Management -> Open the Group -> Right side of the screen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Select Perific Monitor Device<\/strong> – Select your device from the drop-down menu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Click on Save<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
