The reason that your Monta app is still showing as “Charging” on the public charge point, even though you have already disconnected your car, is because we still have not received a “receipt” from the charge point provider (i.e. from Clever, EON, etc.).
This can sometimes take a few days and until then, you will continue to see that charge as active.
However, you don’t need to worry about paying extra money - you will only pay for the kWh you have charged on your car. Every charging session has its unique number and yours has stopped the moment you have unplugged your car from the charge point.
As soon as we get the receipt from the charge point, your charge is going to show as “Complete”. You don’t need to do anything, this will be done automatically.
