Once you have created your subscription, you will need to apply it to a charge point or a Team through the Monta Portal. This guide will explain how to apply a subscription to a charge point. If you want to learn how to apply a subscription to a Team, go to this article.
Please note that a subscription needs to be active before you can apply it. If you are wondering how to create a subscription in the first place, you can read more about this here.
Success! Now the subscription is applied to the charge point.
To view your subscription, scroll down to the Subscription section. If you have chosen for the subscription to become active automatically, it will appear as active directly.
If the state says "active" you are done and your subscription is active. You can stop reading this guide now.
If your subscription says pending however, you will need to go through a few more steps to activate it.
Click "View subscription"
Under Pending Subscriptions, click "Go to subscriptions" .
Click "View".
Click "Approve now".
Click "Approve".
You will now see that your subscription has been approved.
