How to charge on a Team charge point

You can charge on charge points that have been shared with you via a Team invitation! In this guide you will learn how to find and use charge points in a Team.

Find the charge point

1. Under navigation Chargers, click on top to select a Team
2. Click on the Team name to open the available charge points
3. Click on the charge point to set up a charge

Charge now

1. Select the Charge now tab
2. Select the car you are charging (optional)
   • If you have added your car, this will tell our system what is the battery capacity of your car
   • If you have also integrated your car, this will give the system a state of charge
3. Select the amount you are charging (optional)
   • You can select to charge a fixed amount of kWh, Continuous charging or by percentage
   • Your car is always able to stop the charge if the battery limit in the car settings is reached
4. Click on Go to payment
5. Click on Payment method to select from the available options
6. Swipe to start charging!

SmartCharge

If SmartCharge has been enabled on the charge point, you will see this option to charge. Please note that the SmartCharge preferences can only be edited by the Admin or Owner of the Team.

1. Select the SmartCharge tab
2. Select the car you are charging (optional)
3. Select the time frame for charging
   • Select when you want the car to be ready for pickup
   • You set a Delayed start, which will delay the start of the charge after that time point
   • Your car is always able to stop the charge if the battery limit in the car settings is reached
4. Click on Go to Payment
5. Click on Payment method to select from the available options
6. Slide to set up the SmartCharge session
   • The charge will start according to the Monta’s SmartCharge algorithm calculation, even if you plug the car before that

Scheduled charge

1. Select the Scheduled charge tab
2. Select the car you are charging (optional)
   • If you have added your car, this will tell our system what is the battery capacity of your car
   • If you have also integrated your car, this will give the system a state of charge
3. Select the time frame for charging
   • Set the start and stop time for the charge
   • Your car is always able to stop the charge if the battery limit in the car settings is reached
4. Click on Go to Payment
5. Click on Payment method to select from the available options
6. Swipe to set the scheduled charge
   • The charge will start at the set start time, even if you plug the car before that
