Yes. Once your application is accepted, a Monta specialist will call you personally. They’ll walk you through connecting your hardware, configuring your sites in the Hub, setting tariffs, and inviting your drivers, so you’re running real sessions from day one, not just clicking through screens alone.
$300/year covers the full Monta operator stack for your first year: Monta Hub (CPMS), Monta Charge (driver app), Monta Control, Monta AI, and Standard SLA support. A 4% transaction fee applies on charging sessions. Up to 200 managed charge points included. After 12 months, your account moves to Advanced pricing.

On Starter you run on the Monta Charge app. Full white-label (basic, pro, public) and custom branding sit in the Advanced Plus tier so operators at scale can offer a fully branded experience.
