How do I transfer a charge point in Monta Charge?

If you need to transfer a charge point already connected to your Monta account, you have several options in Monta Charge.

How do I find the transfer menu?

1. Under Chargers, tap the account selector at the top to choose the account containing the charge point.
2. Tap the settings wheel of the charge point.
3. Select Transfer charge point.
4. Review the available options below.

How do I move a charge point to another account?

You can move a charge point to another account where you have Owner or Admin rights.

1. Tap Move to another Account.
2. Select the destination account.
3. Confirm by tapping Move now.

How do I transfer ownership of a charge point?

You can transfer ownership to another admin in the same account. The charge point stays in the same account but gets a new owner.

1. Tap Transfer ownership.
2. Select the admin.
3. Confirm by tapping Transfer now.

How do I transfer a charge point to another user?

You can transfer the charge point to the personal account of another Monta user.

1. Tap Transfer to another user.
2. Enter the phone number or email of the Monta user's account.
3. Decide whether to keep the Monta connection.
   • We recommend leaving this unchecked so the charge point retains its Monta connection.
4. Tap Transfer to complete the process.
