You can charge on charge points that have been shared with you via a Team invitation.

How do I find the charge point?

1. Under navigation Chargers, click at the top to select a Team.
2. Click the Team name to see the available charge points.
3. Click the charge point to set up a charge.

How do I start a charge now?

1. Select the Charge now tab.
2. Select the car you are charging (optional).
   • If you have added your car, the system will know the battery capacity.
   • If you have integrated your car, the system will also have the current state of charge.
3. Select the charging amount (optional).
   • You can charge a fixed kWh amount, charge continuously, or charge by percentage.
   • Your car can always stop the charge when the battery limit set in the car settings is reached.
4. Click Go to payment.
5. Click Payment method to select from the available options.
6. Swipe to start charging.

How do I use smart charging?

Smart charging is available if it has been enabled on the charge point. Smart charging preferences can only be edited by the Team Admin or Owner.

1. Select the Smart charging tab.
2. Select the car you are charging (optional).
3. Select the time frame for charging.
   • Set when you want the car to be ready for pickup.
   • Optionally set a Delayed start to delay the start of the charge to a specific time.
   • Your car can always stop the charge when the battery limit is reached.
4. Click Go to payment.
5. Click Payment method to select from the available options.
6. Slide to set up the smart charging session. The charge will start according to Monta's SmartCharge algorithm, even if you plug in the car beforehand.

How do I schedule a charge?

1. Select the Scheduled charge tab.
2. Select the car you are charging (optional).
   • If you have added your car, the system will know the battery capacity.
   • If you have integrated your car, the system will also have the current state of charge.
3. Select the time frame for charging.
   • Set the start and stop time.
   • Your car can always stop the charge when the battery limit is reached.
4. Click Go to payment.
5. Click Payment method to select from the available options.
6. Swipe to confirm the scheduled charge. The charge will start at the set start time, even if you plug in the car beforehand.
