Delete your Monta account

You can delete your Monta account via Monta Charge or Monta Hub.

In order to read how Monta handles user information after account deletion, please read Monta’s Privacy Policy, point 5 – Storage of your personal data.

Delete account via Monta Charge

1. Open Monta app and navigate to Me
2. Click on Settings and select Profile
3. Scroll to the bottom and click on Request account deletion

Delete account via Monta Hub

1. If you wish to delete your account, you can do this from the Monta Hub.
2. Click on the avatar icon and select My account
3. Click on Other settings
4. Click on Delete
