How do I add a team payment card in Monta Charge?
How to add, update, or remove the payment card used to pay for team subscriptions in Monta Charge.
For: Team admins managing subscriptions in Monta Charge.
A team payment card is required to pay for team subscriptions. Once added, any paused subscriptions will automatically reactivate upon successful payment. Each team can have one payment card at a time.
Before you start
- You must be a team admin with access to the team wallet.
How do I add a team payment card?
- Open the Monta app.
- Go to Me and select Payment methods.
- Tap Add payment method.
- Follow the on-screen steps to enter your card details.
A confirmation message will show "Team payment card added."
How do I update a team payment card?
- Open the Monta app.
- Go to Me and select Payment methods.
- Find the card and tap Edit.
- Enter your new card details.
- Tap Update card.
A confirmation message will show "Team payment card updated."
How do I remove a team payment card?
You can only remove a payment card if the team has no active subscriptions.
- Open the Monta app.
- Go to Me and select Payment methods.
- Find the card and tap Edit.
- Tap Remove.
- Confirm removal in the Remove team payment card? dialog.
The card is removed. If the team has active subscriptions, removal is blocked until the subscriptions are cancelled.
