How do I find charge points on the Monta map?

You can filter charge points on the Monta map to find one that matches your charging needs. Open the Map tab and tap the filter icon to get started.
How do I filter charge points?
Apply one or more filters from the Map tab:
| Filter | What it does |
| Charger availability | Show only available chargers, or include those with SmartQueue. |
| Set maximum kWh price | Filter out charge points above a price per kWh you set. |
| Minimum charging speed | Set the minimum charging speed you need. |
| Starting method | Select how you want to start the charge: App, Card Terminal, Charge key, or Autocharge. |
| Connector type | Select your car to see only charge points with compatible cables. |
| Filter by Operator or Team | Show only charge points from a specific operator or team — for example, Monta-operated charge points only. |
How do I save favourite charge points?
Open a charge point and add it to your favourites from the charge point settings. To access your saved favourites, open the Monta map and tap the heart symbol.
How do I redeem a promo code?
- Open the Monta map.
- Tap the coupon symbol.
- Enter the promo code.
How do I find discounted charge points?
- Open the Monta map.
- Look for the % sign to identify discounted charge points.
- Open the charge point to see the applied discount.
- Proceed to payment to start charging.
Note: some discounts only apply when paying with your Team wallet.
