Find out how to discover, subscribe to, and manage charging plans in the Monta app.
Operators can make charging plans publicly available so you can discover and subscribe to them yourself in the app. A charging plan pairs a monthly subscription fee with a charging benefit, such as a discount on your charging sessions at that operator's network.
How do I find a charging plan?
When you charge at a location that offers a public subscription plan, a plan banner appears at different points in your charging journey:
- On the map when you select a charge point
- On the charge point details screen
- During an active charging session
Tap the banner to view the plan details, including the pricing, charging benefit, and terms.
How do I subscribe to a charging plan?
- Tap the plan banner to open the plan details.
- Review the plan's headline, pricing, charging benefit, and terms and conditions.
- Tap Subscribe and confirm your payment method.
- Accept the terms and conditions and complete the subscription.
Once subscribed, the charging benefit applies automatically to eligible sessions at the operator's charge points.
How do I manage my subscription?
You can view and manage your active charging plan subscriptions in the app under your account settings. From there you can view your current plan, billing date, and cancel if needed.
