Reservation holds a public charge point so it is available when you arrive. The charge point owner sets the reservation price per minute and the maximum reservation time.
How do I find a charge point I can reserve?
Use the map filters in Monta Charge to find charge points that support reservation.
How do I reserve a charge point?
- Open the charge point on the map.
- Set your charging preferences:
- Select the car you want to charge (optional).
- Select the amount you want to charge.
- Tap Go to payment.
- Tap Reserve charge point.
- The reservation price and time limit are set by the charge point owner.
- You pay for the reservation when you start charging or when you cancel.
- Swipe Start reservation. Other drivers cannot use the charge point while it is reserved.
- Tap Charge now when you are ready to plug in.
How do I cancel a reservation?
You can cancel your reservation at any time. You pay for the minutes the charge point was reserved.
