SmartQueue lets you queue for a charge point that is currently in use. If the charge point owner has enabled this feature, you can join a virtual queue and get notified when it is your turn.

How do I find SmartQueue charge points?

Use the Monta map filters to find charge points that have SmartQueue activated. Open the Map tab and apply the availability filter to show SmartQueue-enabled charge points.

How do I use SmartQueue?

1. Open the charge point on the map.
2. Tap Join Queue.
3. Wait until it is your turn — you will receive a notification in Monta Charge.
4. Tap Open to see your charging options.
   • You have 15 minutes to start charging before your turn expires.
   • Tap Skip turn if you are not ready and want to give your turn to the next person in line.
   • Tap Leave queue if you no longer wish to charge.
5. Adjust your charging preferences:
   • Select the car you want to charge (optional).
   • Select the charging amount.
6. Tap Go to payment.
7. Select a payment method.
8. Swipe to start charging.
