The audit log shows history of account activity in Monta Hub. Use it to see what changed, who made the change, and when it happened.

How can I access the audit log?

  1. Open Monta Hub.
  2. In the sidebar, go to Admin → Developers.
  3. Select Audit log.

What does the audit log show?

Each entry records a single action, and includes:

  • Timestamp — when the action occurred
  • Event ID
  • Action — what happened (see the actions below)
  • User — who performed the action
  • Source — what initiated the action: a user, an automated system, or an anonymous request
  • Affected item — the charge point, pricing configuration, user, or other resource that changed
  • Parent — the operator or account the item belongs to

Actions

Every entry has one of these actions:

Action What it means Examples
Created A new item was created. A charge point, price group, or user is added.
Updated An existing item was changed. The entry shows which fields changed, with their previous and new values. A price is edited; a user role is changed.
Deleted An item was removed. A charge key or schedule is deleted.
Triggered A command was sent to a device. The specific command is shown as the operation. Reboot, Remote start, Firmware update.

Sources

The source tells you what initiated the action:

Source What it means
User A person performed the action. The entry also shows the channel it came through, such as Monta Hub, the app, or the public API.
System An automated Monta process performed the action — for example a scheduled or system-initiated command. No individual user is shown.
Anonymous The action came from a request that isn’t tied to a signed-in user.
