Discover the essential steps to effectively use Lists in Monta Hub for better organization and project management.
For: Operators using Hub
Lists are reusable collections of members. On create you set two labels:
- Type — Users, Accounts, EVSEs, Locations, Charge keys, or Vehicles.
- List source — Manual or Dynamic.
Both are create-only. You cannot change Type or List source later.
Who can create, edit, and delete lists?
Creating, editing, and deleting lists requires the Admin or Operations manager role. Other operator roles can view lists but cannot create, edit, or delete them.
Where do I find Lists?
In Hub, go to Operations → Lists (/lists). Create opens as ?action=create.
How do I create a list?
Create is a wizard:
- Details — name, description, Type, and List source.
- Filter — Dynamic only. Sentence rules, for example "Countries is one of Denmark". You can require All rules must match. The match count updates as you edit the rules.
- Sync mode — Dynamic only.
What can I change after create?
- Edit is name and description.
- On a Dynamic list, you can still change the filter rules and the sync mode.
- The kebab menu is Delete.
How do I see what changed?
Open a list for:
- Sync history — Status, Trigger (Automatic or Manual), Started, Matched, Result.
- Each item's Added by — a person, or Automatic sync.
- Proposals — pending membership changes on Dynamic lists.
- Excluded — always on the detail page, including when the count is 0.
There is no log of who changed the filter.
