Learn how to easily access and manage user information within Monta Hub for better organization and insights.
The Users section in Monta Hub gives operators visibility into the people connected to their network. Previously only available to white-label operators, the Users list is now available to all operators — so you can see every user with an active connection to your profile, whether through an account, a subscription plan, or a charge point.
How to get there
- Sign in to Monta Hub.
- In the left navigation bar, under EMP / Fleet, select Users.
What you see in the Users list
The Users list shows everyone connected to your operator profile. Each row shows the user's name, phone number, email address, and the date they joined.
View a user's details
Click on any user to open their detail page. Here you can see:
- Name, email address, and phone number
- Country and language
- The date they created their account
- Their default paying account
- Charge points associated with their account, including the charge site, connection status, and access type
- Charge keys linked to their account
- Subscription plans the user is enrolled in, including those linked to personal accounts or charge points
- Account membership details, including their role as owner or admin
- Home charge point records where the user has a home charging reimbursement arrangement (charge verification is rolling out gradually and will be available to all accounts by October 2026)
- Vehicles connected to their account, including the vehicle name and license plate
