How do I view charge ratings in the new Hub?
Learn how to easily access and interpret charge ratings in Monta Hub for efficient electric vehicle management.

Available in the new Hub only. The features described below are part of the new Hub experience. Switch from the user menu to access them.
Charge ratings collect feedback from drivers after a charge. The Charge ratings page in Monta Hub lists every rating submitted, with the star score, the driver's comment, and the related charge, user, and platform. Use it to spot recurring issues, identify problem electric vehicle supply equipment (EVSEs), and confirm that fixes are working.
Who can use this
- Operator users with access to Analytics in Monta Hub.
- Ratings come from the Monta Charge app — drivers rate the charge from 1 to 5 stars and can leave an optional comment.
How do I open Charge ratings?
- In Monta Hub, open the sidebar and select Analytics.
- Select Charge ratings. The Charge ratings page opens at /charge-ratings.
Charge ratings table
Each row is one rating submitted by a driver. The default columns are:
- ID — the rating's unique identifier.
- Rating — the star score from 1 to 5. Empty stars mean the score was lower than 5.
- Comment — the driver's free-text comment. Hover the comment to see the full text.
- Charge — the related charge identifier. Select the Charge ID to open the charge details.
- User — the driver who left the rating. Select the User ID to open the user profile.
- Platform — the app, app version, and device the rating came from (for example, iOS · 4.62.0 · iPhone 15).
- Locale — the driver's language at the time of rating.
- Submitted — when the rating was submitted, shown in your local time.
A dash (—) means the value was not provided.
How do I filter charge ratings?
- Use the Search box at the top of the table to find ratings by ID, comment text, or other fields.
- Sort any column by selecting its header.
- Use the page controls at the bottom of the table to move through ratings.
How do I follow up on a charge rating?
- Read the Comment column for context.
- Select the Charge ID to open the charge details and review the session.
- Select the User ID to open the driver's profile if you need to contact them.
