What is a Fleet operations Team?
A Fleet operations Team is used to manage a fleet of company vehicles, sponsored charging at home, and fleet data such as real-time battery status, charging status, and vehicle location.
Who is this for?
Any company that needs to manage their electric vehicle (EV) fleet. This feature is only available for Operator accounts that have been granted access. If you have an Operator account and would like to use it, contact your Customer Success Manager at Monta.
What can I do in a Fleet operations Team?
You can manage Members and their access, Payments, and Sponsored charging at home. You cannot add and connect charge points in a Fleet operations Team — for that, you need to create a separate Charge point management Team.
How do I create a Fleet operations Team?
- From the Teams tab, click + Add Team.
- Select Fleet operations.
- Fill in the Team details.
- Click Create Team.
What can I do next?
- Invite members, create member groups, and apply member fees.
- Find and export transactions and invoices, set up charge keys, and add a bank account.
- Set up and manage sponsored charging at home for your employees.
