What is a Private Team?

A Private Team is set up by an Operator to offer their services to private users. The Operator manages the Team and the charge points, while the private user gets access to charge via Monta.

Who is this for?

Operators who want to provide charging services to individual private EV drivers — for example, by applying a service subscription to their home charge point.

What features does a Private Team have?

A Private Team has a Basic plan by default.

How do I create a Private Team?

1. Go to the Teams section in the left-side menu.
2. Click + Add new.
3. Select Private Team.
4. Give the Team a name and fill in a contact email.
   • Use the private user's name and email.
5. Select a tag that represents the type of Team.
   • We recommend selecting the Home tag.
6. Fill in the address of the Team.
   • Use the private user's address.
7. Click Done.
8. Use the search bar to find the newly created Team.

What should I do next?

• Invite the private user to the Team.
• Add and connect the user's charge point.
• Apply a custom or tax refund subscription, based on the service you want to provide.
