Team Settings
Update company information, contact or finance email, manage subscriptions, configure Team invitation settings, and convert a Team to an Operator Team.
In the Settings tab of a Team, you can edit contact information, view the Monta plan, manage subscriptions, and configure access settings.
How do I see my Monta plan?
Your Team's Monta plan determines which features you can access. If the Team is under an Operator, it inherits their Monta plan. Open the Team in Monta Hub and go to the Settings tab to see the current plan.
How do I update the Team's company information?
You can update the following details in the Settings section:
- Company name, address, contact email
- Finance email — this is where monthly invoices are sent
- VAT number, EAN number, PO number
How do I view support options?
The Settings tab shows the support options available for your Team. If your Operator's name is shown, contact them for help with Monta Hub.
How do I view or apply a Team subscription?
The Subscription section shows any active service subscriptions for the Team. If the Team is under an Operator (other than Monta), the Operator can apply a Team subscription from this section. Only Operator users with Admin or Manager rights can apply subscriptions. Team Admins can only cancel an active subscription if that option is available.
How do I configure Team invitation settings?
Toggle on Auto accept join requests to allow users to join the Team without requiring approval. You can also find the Team join code to share with EV drivers so they can join your Team.
How do I convert a Team into an Operator Team?
You can convert an existing Professional Team into an Operator Team so that all profits are directed to the Operator Wallet. This action can only be performed by Operator-level users.
- Open the Team in Monta Hub.
- Click Settings.
- Scroll to the bottom and toggle on Operator Team.
- Click Save changes.
Other Team settings
- Auto generate charging sites — toggle on to automatically create a new site when multiple charge points are detected at the same location.
- Operator Team — toggle on to direct all revenue to the Operator Wallet.
- Theme — select from available themes for your Team.
