Explains the team types available in Monta Hub — Professional, Fleet operations, Operator, and Private — and how to choose the right one.
Monta Hub offers several team types. Each is designed for a different use case. This article helps you choose the right one.
Team types overview
Professional Team
The standard team type for most operators. A Professional Team lets you manage members, charge points, pricing, and subscriptions in one place.
Use this for: employee charging, customer-facing charging networks, residential complexes.
Fleet operations Team
Designed for managing a fleet of vehicles. Includes tools for charge profiles, vehicle assignments, and fleet-level reporting.
Use this for: company car fleets, delivery vehicles, shared mobility.
Operator Team
An Operator Team sits above other teams in your hierarchy. It gives you centralised control over multiple teams and their settings.
Use this for: multi-site operators who manage several Professional or Fleet teams.
Private Team
A simple team for private use. Useful for sharing a home charge point with family or a small group.
Use this for: residential sharing, small private groups.
How to choose
